If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchase with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or the plural.
For this Return and Refund Policy:
Our official refund and return policy for all Our Products is as follows:
1. ASilva Innovations will, at its discretion, allow for the refund or replacement of any product within 14 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, refunds for no more than one payment will be provided if requested within the standard 14-day return period. After 14 days, all sales are final.
2. The customer may cancel their recurring billing subscription products anytime.
3. If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.
4. If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind a cancellation will not generate a refund - it will only stop any future rebills.
5. When a customer reaches us by support ticket or email, our first response will be to offer technical support for the product. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a cancellation or a refund may be processed.
6. Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase or to customers ASilva Innovations Account. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
7. Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases. Customers that violate the terms of use of the product may have their right of return revoked.
8. Customers requesting a return within 14 days of purchase must be approved by our customer service team if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.
9. Support Extension for one-time users: If you purchased our product for a one-time fee, as per our Terms of Services, we only offer 12 months of support and updates. Any purchases of additional support or support extension or upgrades are non-refundable.
10. Refund Processing Time: Please note that refunds will take 3-4 business days to be processed and show up in your account. They are usually processed on the same day as approved but can take up to 3-4 business days.
11. There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
a. You have changed your mind about a product.
b. You bought a product by mistake.
c. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the product.
d. You ask for goodwill.
e. You have a personal emergency.
12. After 14 Days: There is no refund offered after the first 14 days.
13. You also understand and agree that once a refund is requested, you are not permitted to exploit the product (Assets) in question, and immediately upon receipt of a refund, all licenses to such product files and underlying content are revoked, and you are not authorized to use the product in any form or for any purpose whatsoever. Thus asking for a refund but continuing to use products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
14. No refunds or credits for partial months, quarters or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation
15. To serve you and others better in the future, we require that you tell us why you want a refund and provide us with an opportunity to help you fix the issue. We want satisfied customers.
To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision using a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 27 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
